Dense / Insulating Mortars

	These mortars are used as jointing material for High Alumina Bricks and Insulation Bricks. Some of the mortars are supplied as two-component system, where liquid binder is separately provided with powder material. In such a case, liquid component should be used only as per our recommendation. Where water is used as a liquid component, the amount of water used should be such that it results in trowelling consistency. Specification

Refracoat-Z

	Refractory coating compound Refracoat a special refractory coating material specially meant for protection of linings-Fire Bricks, Monolithic, Castables, Ceramic Blankets and Shells in Furnaces, Boilers and various high temperature vessels. It is Characterised by a high content of Zirconia (as 67% ZiO2) which imparts extremely high resistance to aggressive environments typically encountered at high temperature. Refracoat has a better adhesion even at low temperature than most other conventional Zirconia based coating material. Specification
